Are you a creative individual with a passion for flowers and a knack for exceptional customer service? French Florist is looking for a Assistant Floral Designer & Customer Service Associate to join our team in the French Florist Mission Viejo boutique.

In this multifaceted onsite role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to work with exquisite flowers from around the world, creating breathtaking arrangements that leave a lasting impression. You'll spend your days designing and crafting stunning floral creations, while also assisting customers with their individual flower needs in person and over the phone.

A critical part of your role will involve interacting with our VIP clients, taking telephone orders, and helping customers at our front desk. You'll be responsible for documenting customer order details precisely for our design team, responding to emails, and following up on special requests. Your exceptional speaking abilities and collaborative spirit will be key to ensuring our customers have an unparalleled experience.

Additionally, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our store's presentation by keeping a clean and organized workspace and ensuring our inventory is well-stocked and up-to-date.
