Mental Health Therapist- Contract Position

Looking for culturally sound therapist interested joining Insight Center for Behavioral, LLC. (ICBH, LLC) as we Aim to Instill Hope.

Therapist with ICBH, LLC. are compensated based on credentialing and experience level.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will complete diagnostic intakes, treatment plans, goals and objectives, and progress notes for assigned caseload.
  • Provide one-to-one counseling with clients in assigned caseload.
  • Coordinate services with other clinical treatment team providers.
  • Attend treatment planning meetings for clients in assigned caseload.
  • You participate in scheduled clinical team and clinical supervision meetings.
  • Maintain client records according to regulatory standards.
  • Comply with 3rd party insurers' guidelines for Utilization Review/Quality Assurance.
  • Facilitate referrals to other agencies/vendors when appropriate.

Required Education/Experience/License/Certification:

  • Fee for service master's level clinician, LICSW, LMHC, LADC preferred.

  • Masters Degree in social work, psychology, or counseling.

  • Massachusetts state license preferred (not required).
  • Experience working with people with substance use disorders, Acquired Brain Injury, DD and co-occurring disorders preferred.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

  • You have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • You have the ability to focus on and assess clinical needs of clients and design indicated treatment goals and objectives.

  • Applicants must be able to practice in the state of Massachusetts
  • Meet educational requirements
  • Pass a pre-employment CORI
