Job Description:

Process Design Managers may lead the efforts of others within the SPI Admin team. Will have oversight of the Process Design Consultants in addition to their responsibilities.

  • Review process map, process activities, risks, controls, and measurements
  • Plan refresh Activity Risk Assessment (ARA) and Annual Critical Reviews (ACR)
  • Assist in conducting Fraud Risk assessment
  • Audit Issue alignment, Action Plans, SPI documentation
  • Review alignment of risks, controls, and metrics
  • Understand control and metric characteristics
  • Consider client impact, customer complaints, op losses etc. 
  • Schedule deep-dive review with stakeholders track enhancement progress
  • Continuously monitor and assess controls performance
  • Reevaluate control environment when process changes are made
  • Address & resolve any concerns raised in various reviews/routines
  • Process Control Ratings overrides and remediation
     

Required Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc
  • Demonstrated team player with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Flexible to meet varying hours/days, when necessary
  • Results driven and metrics focused
  • Ability to motivate, drive results and reduce risk
