Job Summary
The Project Admin (PA) will assist and support the Project Manager PM and Assistant Project Manger APM. Track daily paperwork, timecards, field daily reports and other various forms using Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft programs .

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Project Management & multi-departmental clerical support
- Ensure that the timesheets are processed, in a timely and error free manner
- Process new hire paperwork
- Process ROF and live checks
- Process and submit expense reimbursements
- Send field daily reports to GCs
- Order office supplies
- Assist with document printing, scanning, copying and label printing
- Assist with CX packet printing
- Assist with wire label printing

Qualifications
- HS Degree or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast paced Electrical Contracting environment
- Experience creating spreadsheets for job tracking/costing
- Ability to interpret and understand construction contract legal issues.
- Ability to work independently and work well with others in a multi-functional environment
- Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and schedule form
- Ability to coordinate a variety of routine projects and activities simultaneously
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Project Coordinator to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The PA is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
Mostly office-based. Typical working hours for the PA may vary. Generally Monday – Friday during normal business hours, but when deadlines approach they may be required to work much longer hours, including some weekend work.
