As a Floor Team Member at MINIBOSS, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experience by combining excellent service with efficient bussing duties. You will ensure that our arcade games and service areas are always in top condition. This fast-paced position demands agility, attention to detail and the ability to stay one step ahead.

Principal Duties:

  • Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Bussing: Remove empty plates and glasses during your rounds to keep the floor tidy.
  • Maintenance: Wipe down games, tables, and seating areas, ensuring they are free from dirty glassware and plateware.
  • Issue Resolution: Report any issues such as incorrect orders, arcade issues, or guest concerns to managers, bartenders, or kitchen staff.
  • Guest Monitoring: Assist in monitoring guests for signs of over-service or intoxication, acting as an extra set of eyes and ears.
  • Special Projects: When service permits, undertake special projects such as deep cleaning, folding towels, etc.
  • Proactive Support: Maintain a positive attitude and proactively assist team members as needed.
  • Sanitary Standards: Ensure adherence to food handling certifications and maintain a clean, sanitary work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Food Handler Certification required.
  • Ability to stay light on your feet and maintain peripheral awareness.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.95 per hour
