We're building an in-house creator studio, a team of makers who concept, produce, edit, and publish the social-first video content that engages our 8M+ community. As a Social Content Creator, you'll be both both on-camera and behind the edit, creating content for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and beyond.

You'll create and produce a wide range of social-first content from Dreamforce and event coverage, to product storytelling, editorial, brand campaigns, and trend-driven videos. You'll also develop clear, creative briefs for agencies and coach internal stakeholders on how to be exceptional social creators.

This role is for someone who lives and breathes internet culture, knows how to capture attention in the first 3 seconds, and can translate complex ideas into native, entertaining, shareable content.

What You'll Do

  • Be the face on-camera: Star in our social videos and bring our brand to life with energy, humor, and personality.
  • Create & edit: Concept, script, shoot, and edit vertical video that feels native to each platform.
  • Social-first storytelling: Spot content gaps and opportunities, pitch fresh angles, and develop repeatable formats to build our audience.
  • Spot & spin trends: Identify cultural moments, social memes, and trending formats, then remix them into content loops that amplify reach.
  • Lead production for stakeholders: Plan, run, and execute social-first video shoots end-to-end, from scouting ideas and coordinating talent to final cut delivery.
  • Bring events to life: Create social-first video at major events like Dreamforce, TDX, and World Tours, treating them as the second stage with content that amplifies voices, captures the magic, and drives FOMO.
  • Coach collaborators: Create a internal creator playbook, training an internal ecosystem of creators on how to confidently and independently create and submit content for publication.

What You Bring

  • A passion for vertical video and social-first storytelling.
  • Able to understand our products and business strategy, then translate these complex ideas into accessible, customer-friendly content
  • You're comfortable being the on-camera face of our video content.
  • Strong producing skills, from pre-production planning to guiding live shoots.
  • A strong creative eye and attention to detail — from camera framing and lighting to pacing and polish. You love pitching fresh ideas, bringing them to life, and elevating stakeholder content with clear feedback and direction.
  • Experience coaching/directing others to perform well on camera and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong video editing skills a plus (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.).
  • A finger on the pulse of social trends and viral formats.
  • Excitement and readiness to create at the speed of social.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $111,200 to $152,900.
