Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Hospitality Couple Team to provide exceptional service in a vibrant lodging environment. This role involves working collaboratively to deliver a seamless guest experience, ensuring high standards of quality, sanitation, and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the hospitality industry, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Previous front desk, management, housekeeping and maintenance experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.

Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Couple Team to manage our essential daily operations in Big Lake, TX. This is a unique opportunity for two individuals to work together covering Front Desk duties and critical Laundry, Housekeeping and Maintenance tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities.
  • Housing is provided.

This position offers an engaging work environment where teamwork, hospitality expertise, and enthusiasm are highly valued. Candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for the hospitality industry will thrive in this role.

Pay: $ $25.70 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
