Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple positions, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in engineering, manufacturing, operations, and other mission-critical functions.
  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet aggressive hiring goals.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies, market trends, and competitive talent insights.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, ensuring timely updates and visibility for management.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and security requirements for a defense environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring highly technical and specialized talent.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive hiring goals.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting tools, and social media sourcing techniques.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support recruitment initiatives, career fairs, or site visits.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with DoD or government contract environments.
  • Knowledge of security clearance requirements and experience recruiting cleared candidates.
  • Familiarity with high-volume hiring or recruitment during organizational ramp-up periods.
