The Marcom Interactive Experiences team designs the digital shopping experience for Apple Retail. Description
The Senior Interactive Producer drives the execution of creative visions for Apple Retail customers, providing strategic leadership for major initiatives on ) and the Apple Store App. Collaborating closely with business partners, product managers, designers, and technology teams, this role transforms the customer experience, enables successful launches of new products and Retail programs, and ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Independently produce multiple complex and high-profile interactive digital shopping experiences across various digital platforms and partnerships.
- Partner and negotiate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define priorities, align schedules, streamline approvals, and drive effective decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional meetings and reviews, meticulously document key decisions and action items, and proactively communicate results and next steps to stakeholders.
- Manage, facilitate, document, and track the daily activities and responsibilities of the creative team, ensuring smooth workflow and seamless execution.
- Proactively identify risks and dependencies in cross-functional program plans, taking decisive action to mitigate potential issues and manage partner and stakeholder expectations effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience leading the production of interactive digital experiences across all channels and platforms.
- Experience driving strategic requirements and resolving technical challenges with cross-functional teams (including engineering and business partners) against multi-year roadmaps.
- Experience managing multiple projects, resources, schedules, and competing priorities across high profile work streams.
- A track record of close collaboration with creative teams, actively contributing to and representing their work.

- Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized and skilled at crafting efficiencies to streamline processes.
- Ability to independently facilitate alignment and build consensus among senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of analytical frameworks to measure achievement of business goals.
- Deep experience with budgeting, finance, and operational cost models.
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems while maintaining focus on project milestones.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,600 and $274,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
