About Us:

We are a leading food service distributor committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to Mexican restaurant customers. We're looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with deep experience in food service distribution and a strong leadership background to join our team and help drive growth across our markets.

What You'll Do:

· Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets

· Build and maintain strong relationships with food service clients (restaurants, institutions, hospitality groups)

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow market share

· Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify new opportunities

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

· Monitor performance metrics and report results to senior leadership

What We're Looking For:

· 5+ years of experience in food service distribution sales

· Proven leadership experience managing and developing sales teams

· Strong understanding of food service products, customer segments, and distribution operations

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
