We are looking for an Procurement Specialist for our Louisville office.

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative and operational support by applying established processes, systems, and standards. This role manages day-to-day tasks with accuracy and efficiency, proactively collaborates with team members to resolve issues, and serves as a reliable point of contact for escalated questions. By demonstrating strong technical proficiency, effective communication, and a client-focused mindset, the Procurement Specialist contributes to the team's success while developing knowledge and skills for continued growth. Procurement Specialist support process improvements, share best practices, and foster collaboration to ensure consistent service delivery.

As Procurement Specialist, You Will

• Supports the execution of firm service line offerings by completing assigned deliverables accurately and on time, while following established procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to manage workflow, resolve issues, and maintain consistency in service delivery.
• Employs technology to carry out daily responsibilities and contribute to process efficiency.
• Maintains technical standards and documentation.
• Assists in knowledge sharing by contributing to process documentation, sharing best practices, and supporting team learning.
• Participates in discussions to translate initiatives into actionable plans within the team.
• Carries out general on-site tasks such as operational support, breakroom and kitchen duties, visitor and staff assistance, front desk support, and mail and supply management.
• Assists with onboarding by helping orient new team members to processes, tools, and resources.
• Demonstrates professionalism and teamwork by modeling accountability, collaboration, and effective communication in daily interactions.

What You Bring To The Role

• Strong working knowledge in various software platforms including Microsoft Office 365
• Demonstrates technical expertise and the ability to address complex challenges effectively.
• Expert technical knowledge and ability to address complex challenges.
• Is resourceful and has strong acumen for learning new technologies.

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a professional support services environment, including team leadership, process oversight, and mentorship.

The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
