This is 12+months.Must Have:**account administration\ troubleshootingadministration and testing of Enterprise GIS and Database ProjectsApplication AdministrationApplication Support AnalystArcFMArcGIS DesktopArcGIS DeveloperArcGIS > ArcMapArcGIS Server administratorArcGIS Server, PortalESRI ArcMapmaintenance of GIS software ArcGIS and ArcSDENice to Have:1st, 2nd and 3rd tier support2nd Level Customer SupportAble to work independently and have good communication skillsan accomplished Solutions Architectcustomer supportElectric UtilitiesEnergy and Utility experienceGas UtilitiesJob DescriptionAssignmentProvide development and technical support (1st, 2nd or Tier 3 Level) to the ConEd ArcGIS and ArcFM based Enterprise GIS system and applications.Take up development for minor enhancements using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS Javascript API, ASP .net (C#).Support ConED Landbase applications including new development and troubleshooting requests.Deploy ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA etcRequired Skills/Experience5-10 years of experiences of administration, support, and development ArcGIS applications5-10 years of experiences in administrating and supporting ArcFM applicationsDevelopment and coding experiences using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS JavaScript API, .Net (C#).Experiences in deploying ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.Ability to Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA etcAbility to understand requirements and support team and share best practices/lessons learnt.Provide status of the tickets to the client SME.Trouble shooting and problem resolution to issues reported by end users of the enterprise applications.Additional SkillsUtility Experience (Plus): Leverage utility industry experience to enhance GIS solutions and contribute to industry-specific initiatives.Windows servers knowledge and experiencesFME Experience: Work closely with FME Suite for GIS Landbase activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
