Position Overview

As a Senior Engineer - Full Stack Developer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable solutions using modern frameworks and tools. This role is ideal for a candidate eager to take ownership, innovate, and contribute thought leadership to the team.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design and develop scalable, cloud-native software solutions leveraging Azure.Architect and implement solutions using Python, .NET (C#), Angular, and Snowflake for data management.Lead code reviews and provides mentorship to elevate team performance and code quality.Foster a DevOps culture by implementing CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and performance optimization.Advocate for innovation by identifying and integrating emerging technologies that solve complex problems and deliver measurable value.Take ownership of technical challenges, offering solutions that improve user experience and operational outcomes.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that development aligns with business objectives and user needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of software development experience.Experience in Python, .NET (C#), Angular, and Snowflake.Proven track record in architecting scalable, robust software solutions with cloud-native technologies (Azure preferred).Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment.Strong proficiency with relational databases (SQL Server preferred).Ability to operate independently, with strong analytical skills to tackle complex problems.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a finance or investment-related firm or working on software solutions for asset owners.
