We're expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join us as Door-to-Door Canvassers in the Des Moines Area, helping us set appointments with homeowners interested in upgrading their homes.

Job Description:

As a Door-to-Door Canvasser with Acri Company, your main goal is to engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods, introduce them to our wide range of home improvement services, and set appointments for our sales team to provide free, no-obligation consultations. Your work will directly contribute to the company's success by helping homeowners improve their properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knock on doors in targeted neighborhoods throughout the Des Moines Area to promote our services (siding, roofing, windows, bathroom remodeling, and decks).
  • Engage with homeowners in a friendly, professional manner to determine their needs and schedule appointments for free consultations.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments scheduled using provided tools and systems.
  • Meet daily/weekly appointment setting goals and track your progress.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the sales team to drive company growth.
  • Represent Acri Company with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Previous sales or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and walking through neighborhoods in various weather conditions.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for helping homeowners improve their properties.
  • Reliable transportation is required (you'll be canvassing specific areas within the Des Moines Area).
