Overview
The ability to manage change and perform multiple tasks simultaneously with a complete understanding of Corporate Safety & Compliance Policies. Excellent communication skills and proficient in Windows based applications and DBSI.
Basic Duties- Provides customer service, clerical and administrative support to the Power Systems office.
- Responsible for maintaining service work order records (this includes opening/closing workorders), researching customer information and equipment information when necessary via online CRM tool.
- Assist with Preventative Maintenance (PM) visit scheduling, opening/closing of PM workorders and ordering of parts.
- Answer customer calls and assist as needed.
- Issue purchase orders, code invoices to appropriate accounts and post proper cost/sell information to DBS workorder system.
- Assist in keeping the DBS equipment population file up to date with current equipment and customer information.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree/certificate in business or similar education preferred.
- 5 years of previous experience in a secretarial, accounting/bookkeeping/payroll or other clerical experience required.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and superior customer service skills are needed.
- Must be able to handle general business math.
- Computer literate and proficient with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook required. 10-Key experience and able to type 40-50WPM required.
- Ability to handle and problem solve service issues that might occur in a professional manner.
- Must be team oriented and willing to adapt to change. Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Payrate: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
This position works in an office environment. May, on a continuous basis, sit at desk for a long period of time; intermittently answer telephone and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. Some walking and lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
