Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
with strong technical depth, a sharp analytical mindset, and a passion for driving operational excellence across complex systems.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys investigating root causes, optimizing performance, and elevating the support experience for both internal stakeholders and end users.

What You'll Own


• Provide timely, high-quality support for internal technical requests


• Analyze log files to identify failures, isolate issues, and determine root causes


• Spot patterns in recurring errors and address systemic problems proactively


• Troubleshoot backend and web application incidents, recommending data-driven solutions


• Partner with engineering teams to design and implement software enhancements


• Meet performance goals, including SLAs and KPIs related to ticket volume and resolution time


• Utilize SQL and relational database expertise to debug, validate, and investigate issues

What You Bring


•
3+ years
of experience in Site Reliability, backend engineering, or technical support


• Proficiency in
Java, PHP, and SQL


• Demonstrated experience working with
relational databases
(queries, tables, schema design)


• Strong diagnostic skills in
backend and web applications


• Ability to balance multiple priorities while collaborating effectively across teams

• Background in
web software development


• Hands-on support of
production environments


• Familiarity with
Agile delivery practices


• Foundational knowledge of
DevOps concepts
