Position Summary
We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who is ready to grow with us. You'll help us connect with new clients, strengthen relationships, and share our message of giving our clients efficient proactive solutions for their property maintenance needs.
This role blends marketing, outreach, and creativity — ideal for someone with strong communication skills, digital marketing experience, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
· Research, identify, and qualify new business leads.
· Manage outreach through email, social media, and content marketing.
· Create and publish engaging content (videos, blogs, Facebook Ads, etc.).
· Track campaign performance using CRM tools and report results.
· Collaborate with leadership and marketing to improve lead quality and conversion.
Qualifications
· Education: 2–4 years of education; Associate's or Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.
· Experience: 1–3 years in lead generation, sales, or marketing.
· Skills: WordPress, Facebook Ads, Video Editing, Content Writing, Research, Blogging and, s SEO knowledge.
· Bonus: Certifications in HubSpot, Google Ads, or Social Media Marketing.
