Job Summary and Qualifications
JOB TITLE – Program Professional – Operations MSP GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Responsible for transforming data into insights that can be utilized by leadership, this position will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to measure our business and communicate trends. This includes acquiring data from various sources and designing reports/dashboards to support the analyst team and all levels of management. Critical thinking and data display optimization skills are a must. A candidate must be a highly motivated, positive, organized self-starter who can work well with a variety of tasks and adapt quickly. Some initial projects may include designing and visualizing new KPIs for the analyst team to assist them in making pricing decisions, building dashboards to track trends and identifying areas of opportunity. Responsible for individual production as well as providing day to day work direction, prioritization, management and support to Program Managers and Program Director. Operations Program Professional reports to the Program Director who will provide support, advice and ultimate approval for any strategic or operational changes affecting the program. SUPERVISOR – Program Manager SUPERVISES – None ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: - Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in various data sets - Build reporting that displays actionable insights - Provide recommendations to the business by translating ad hoc requests to consistently deliver relevant and impactful results. - Ensure quality control over data, analyses and metrics. - Identify flaws and errors in the data and any upstream data issues. - Other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES – This position requires the following minimal requirements: - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize - Ability to work well individually and within a team environment - Ability to work with individuals at multiple levels within an organization (i.e. CEO to staff) - Maintains working area and equipment in accordance with environmental and safety regulations - Critical thinker - the ability to determine the best way to structure data, measure and display performance metrics - Comfortable with and adaptive to change - Inquisitive & Analytical - search for meaning and patterns in data - Organized & Strategic - align analysis/reporting with business needs - Takes initiative - proactively communicates with team and identifies areas of opportunity - Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment - Reporting experience in Tableau or PowerBI preferred - Excel experience EDUCATION – Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university strongly preferred. Bachelors degree in a quantitative field, business background preferred EXPERIENCE – 3+ years' experience with recruiting, staffing sales/service or HR Operations. Experience in healthcare setting (staffing, facility or operations) preferred. CERTIFICATE/LICENSE – None PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS – - Exert up to 20 lbs force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs frequently - Requires prolonged sitting and some bending, stooping, and stretching. - Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment. - Requires the perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction; ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound - Requires dexterity to type. - Work is performed in and office environment and involves frequent contact with staff and the public.
