What You'll Do:
Advisor Marketing Strategy:
- Partner with financial advisors to understand their goals and create marketing strategies to grow their practice.
- Suport advisors in creating content that's suitable across multiple channels (print, digital, etc.)
- Build campaigns that are both scalable and customizable for individual advisor needs.
Content & Design Creation:
- Create advisor-branded collateral: presentations, one-pagers, social graphics, client-facing guides and more.
- Ensure all content is professional, compelling but compliant, and visually engaging.
- Manage updates to websites, digital footprints with SEO and branding always at the forefront.
Execution & Reporting:
- Manage marketing workflows and project deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Track performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve results.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- At least 4 Years of Marketing experience, ideally working with small businesses or professional services.
- Strong content development, writing, editing, and design skills (Canva required, Adobe Suite a plus).
- Comfort leading conversations with advisors and recommending marketing strategies that fit their goals.
- Ability to take ownership of projects moving from idea to execution with limited oversight.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be confident presenting ideas and building buy-in.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Wrike, or similar project/CRM tools.
- Experience developing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social, in-person).
- Understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and how to track/measure campaign effectiveness.
- Background in financial services or other regulated industries a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary:
$65,000 - $75,000 (based on experience & skills) - 20 days PTO
+ paid holidays - 401k with automatic company contributions
