What You'll Do

You're the connection between our guests and everything that makes Blockhead great.

Your job? Bring the vibe — and deliver an awesome experience every time.

  • Welcome guests like old friends
  • Help guide them through our menu (and brag a little about our beer + cocktails)
  • Keep the pace fast and fun while staying organized
  • Work with your team — everyone helps everyone here
  • Keep the floor clean, tables prepped, drinks filled, and smiles flowing
  • Handle orders, payments, and special requests accurately
  • End every visit with a genuine "thank you"
What We're Looking For

We can teach you systems. What we can't teach is attitude.

If you're friendly, reliable, and know how to bring good energy — you'll fit right in.

  • Positive, people-first attitude
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced setting
  • Team player who thrives on collaboration
  • Great communicator (in-person & with kitchen/bar staff)
  • Previous restaurant experience = awesome, but not required
  • Indiana alcohol serving permit (or willing to get one)
