What You'll Be Doing:
  • Comprehensive Electrical Work: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems across residential remodels, luxury outdoor builds, and new construction projects.
  • Diverse Project Scope: Work on garages, home additions, pool panels, decks, outdoor kitchens, lighting systems, and full-scale remodels.
  • Lighting & Power Integration: Wire and configure electrical panels, outlets, lighting controls, and automation systems that complement both indoor and outdoor living spaces.
  • Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently, ensuring safety and performance across all projects.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with project managers, designers, and craftsmen from both Artisan Outdoor Craftsman and Vive Exterior Design.
  • Code Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards, maintaining precise project records.
What We're Looking For:
  • Licensed Electrician: Must hold a valid state electrician's license.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in residential electrical work, ideally including remodeling and outdoor installations.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency with wiring, breaker panels, pool and landscape lighting, and power distribution systems.
  • Reliability: Must have dependable transportation and a consistent track record of professionalism.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with multiple trades while maintaining independence and accountability.
  • Pride in Craftsmanship: A detail-oriented mindset and passion for building beautiful, functional spaces.
