Job Overview:

PENNEP is seeking a talented and dedicated Project Manager with a proven track record in managing CIS Infinity upgrades from version 4 to version 5 to join our client's dynamic team. This experience is a mandatory requirement for this role. The ideal candidate will have strong project leadership skills, hands-on upgrade experience, and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to ensure a smooth system transition.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end CIS Infinity v4 to v5 upgrade project, ensuring on-time and successful delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, risk logs, and communication frameworks.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and QA teams.
  • Oversee system analysis, configuration review, data migration activities, and integration validation.
  • Conduct project meetings, track milestones, and ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
  • Identify project risks, define mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive issue resolution.
  • Monitor progress, provide regular status updates to leadership, and maintain project documentation.
  • Ensure all testing cycles (SIT, UAT, regression) are well-coordinated and successfully executed.
  • Support go-live planning, cutover activities, and post-implementation stabilization.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience managing a full CIS Infinity upgrade from version 4 to version 5.
  • 5–10 years of experience as a Project Manager in utility billing, customer information systems (CIS), or enterprise IT environments.
  • Strong understanding of CIS Infinity architecture, modules, workflows, and integration points.
  • Proven experience managing technical teams, third-party vendors, and large-scale system upgrades.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project reporting skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheets, etc.).
