The Bilingual Value Added Services Line Lead is responsible to support the Value Added Services Supervisor as he/she is responsible for all aspects of Value Added Services operations. The Value Added Services Line Lead assists in directing and coordinating activities concerned with production of customer promotional products utilizing knowledge of production methods, engineering and equipment. The Value Added Services Line Lead position is primarily responsible for the daily activities of the Value Added Services staff during production of orders per customer requirements for one or two lines.

General Accountabilities include:

  • Operation of stand-up and sit-down forklift
  • Directing the work activities of employees as directed by Supervisor
  • Directing the work and activities of Value Added Services team members
  • Training of Value Added Services team members
  • English-Spanish translation
  • Monitoring of break times
  • Exceptional sanitation
  • Food Safety / Food Defense
  • Fair and professional treatment of all associates
  • Monitoring breaks and lunches
  • Controlling housekeeping activities
  • Building inspection/GMP/ inventory/ osd control
  • Expected to help cover for the Supervisors vacation and PTO
  • Other duties as assigned

Prerequisites:

  • High School Diploma ( or equivalent)
  • Ability to read and write, fluently, in English and Spanish
  • Experience Operating Forklift or Pallet Jacks
  • Previous Experience with RF Controlled Inventory Systems
  • Previous Experience Handling Food Products (a plus)
