Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site or remote role located in Colorado Springs, CO, for a Service Dispatcher. The Service Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating daily schedules for service technicians, ensuring efficient routing and timely job completion. Duties include answering customer calls, managing dispatch systems, maintaining communication with technicians in the field, and addressing customer needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction. The Service Dispatcher will also assist in maintaining organized documentation and operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
  • Strong focus on Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a dispatch or customer service role is a plus
  • Prior experience with Service Titan software is a plus
