Duties

• Perform construction estimating to assess project costs and materials needed.
• Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision and skill.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.
• Read blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Engage in concrete forming, plastering, and rebar installation as required.
• Participate in fabrication processes for custom projects.
• Conduct roofing, siding, and stucco installations with attention to detail.
• Manage woodworking projects including cabinet installation and door hanging.
• Provide maintenance person services including caulking, construction painting, and minor plumbing work.
• Oversee restoration projects including water damage restoration and mold remediation.
• Assist with flooring installation, tile laying, and masonry work as needed.
• Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects ensuring quality workmanship.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the construction industry with a strong background in carpentry.
• Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and physical stamina for demanding tasks.
• Knowledge of CNC machining, assembly processes, and electrical experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Previous experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable.
