    POSITION:  Special Education Paraprofessional (Highly Qualified) LOCATION:  Twin Bluff Middle School HOURS PER DAY: hours per day based on assignment; 9 month position following the school calendar. RATE OF PAY: $ per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications, and pursuant to the Red Wing Education Support Personnel Association Master Agreement. (see attachment) BENEFITS:  Comprehensive Benefits; Pursuant to the Red Wing Education Support Personnel Association Master Agreement. (see attachments) KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Are patient, adaptable, and possess a genuine passion for supporting students with special needs.
    • Are highly organized, responsible, and able to follow directions.
    • Hold or are eligible for Highly Qualified status as defined by Minnesota state requirements (e.g., Associate's degree or higher, or successful completion of the ParaPro Assessment). OR willingness to become Highly Qualified upon hire.
    • Experience with specific disabilities (e.g., autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, emotional/behavioral disorders) is a plus.
