The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of professional cleaning experience and a solid understanding of standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings. We're looking for individuals with great attitudes, strong communication skills, and a genuine pride in their work. A clean background and reliable transportation are required.

Unacceptable behavior includes—but is not limited to—poor communication, chronic tardiness, unprofessional conduct, and lack of effort.

What You'll Need (Transportation is a MUST)

As a contractor, you'll supply your own basic tools, including:

  • Mop and vacuum

  • Towels, rags, and dusters

  • Safe, all-purpose cleaning solutions (for hardwood, tile, marble, etc.)

  • Broom and additional surface-safe products
