Responsibilities

  • Pick up and deliver legal documents, court filings, mail, and packages between offices, courthouses, and other locations
  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, and basic clerical tasks
  • Support administrative staff and legal teams
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Previous office or law firm experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Compensation

  • Monday–Friday, standard business hours
  • Mileage reimbursement provided for work-related errands
