The Role

As a
Marketing & Operations Associate
, you will:

  • Lead our Marketing & Brand Management throughout the community. Engagements, social media, and branding.
  • Work alongside our team to manage Investment Operations. Account opening, maintenance, trades, etc.
  • Operate as our lead advisor's paraplanner as needed. This entails aiding in the preparation of any documentation needed for the financial plan presentation.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Finance, Business, Marketing, Economics, or related)
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort using spreadsheets, planning tools, and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Creative mindset with interest in branding, communication, or community engagement
  • Prior financial services or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
