Maintenace Worker

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and improvements. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, facilities maintenance, and the ability to read schematics. The Maintenance Worker will also play a key role in supervising and leading maintenance projects.

Duties

· Maintains the basic upkeep of all the rooms and common areas by ensuring all furniture, appliances, and electrical equipment's such as television, refrigerator's and light fixtures are in working order

· Ensures all paint and flooring meet the company standards

· Repairs or Replaces all HVAC systems such as individual air conditioner units as needed.

· Cleans and maintains the hotels' Exterior spaces such as parking lot, landscaping, thrash etc.

· Keep up the clean maintenance work space and maintenance room.

Customer Service

· Greets guests and employees in a friendly Manner

· Assists guests and staff with anything that they may need from a Maintenance Perspective.

· Not to get involved with the guest personal business.

Other Duties

· Assist Maintenance supervisor as needed.

· Properly Secure all tools, equipments, and other supplies after use.

· Report any major repair issue or requests to the Maintenance Supervisor or General Manager.

· Amends and follow general rules and regulations of the hotel (attached).
