Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching students the skills necessary to become safe and confident drivers. This role involves behind-the-wheel training, ensuring that all students receive comprehensive education tailored to their individual learning styles.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on driving instruction in various conditions to enhance student confidence and skill.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their driving abilities.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and ensure all material is up-to-date.
- Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student performance and progress.
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding driver education.
Skills
- Proficient in Driving with a valid instructor's license.
- Knowledge of Adult education principles is a plus
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and effectively.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
