Validation Embedded Project Manager

Job Description:
The Validation Embedded PM is responsible for planning, coordinating, and tracking validation activities for embedded software and electronic control systems across vehicle programs. This role ensures that all validation milestones, test plans, and deliverables are completed on time and meet Stellantis quality standards. The PM collaborates closely with engineering, software, testing, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to manage risks, drive issue resolution, and support program launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage embedded software validation timelines and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain validation plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Coordinate testing activities across internal teams and suppliers.
- Track defects, risks, and change requests; ensure timely closure.
- Support program reviews, gateway readiness, and launch activities.
- Ensure compliance with Stellantis processes and engineering standards.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in embedded systems, validation, or automotive electronics.
- Strong project management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle ECUs, diagnostics, CAN/LIN, or software development lifecycle is a plus.
