About the Role

AC Hotel Nashville Brentwood is looking for a polished, reliable Banquet Server to support our growing event business. This position helps set the tone for meetings, receptions, and special events by delivering warm, efficient service and ensuring every detail matches Marriott standards.

What You'll Do

• Set up banquet rooms based on Banquet Event Orders.
• Serve food and beverages with professional and attentive service.
• Monitor guest needs and provide prompt, friendly assistance.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas, buffets, and event spaces.
• Assist with event breakdown, resetting equipment, and storage.
• Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to prepare for upcoming events.

What We're Looking For

• Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on event schedule.
