Our client, a high-growth fintech company operating at the intersection of blockchain and next-generation financial infrastructure, is seeking a
Frontend Engineer (Platform)
to own and evolve the architecture that powers all of their web products.

This is a senior, hands-on engineering role focused on scaling the frontend foundation that enables their product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. You'll work closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to define frontend standards, improve developer experience, and influence core technology decisions.

Key Responsibilities for the Principal Frontend Engineer

  • Lead the architecture and evolution of the frontend platform that supports all product lines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions without over-engineering.
  • Implement new frontend frameworks and abstractions that enable faster, more consistent product development.
  • Partner with design to ensure unified and modern UI/UX across products.
  • Drive independent engineering projects from conception through completion.
  • Set new standards for frontend testing, performance, and maintainability.

Ideal Profile for the Principal Frontend Engineer

  • 6+ years of frontend engineering experience, ideally in high-growth fintech or Web3 environments.
  • Deep proficiency in
    TypeScript
    and
    React
    , with solid experience integrating
    GraphQL
    APIs.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining large-scale frontend systems.
  • Strong understanding of system design, component libraries, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across design and product teams.
  • A passion for building elegant, intuitive experiences — both for end users and fellow developers.
