As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading hotel and resort location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a welcoming atmosphere. Your presence and attentive customer service will support a positive guest experience while upholding our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork. This is a driving post and requires a valid driver's license as you conduct routine patrols throughout the property, helping to address concerns and provide clear communication to both guests and staff.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and resort property, including interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious behavior.
• Maintain detailed and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
• Assist guests and staff with directions and information as needed, contributing to a welcoming environment.
• Work closely with hotel and resort management and/or staff to address security-related concerns and support overall operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
