Overview

We're looking for a
Customer Success Manager
to own client relationships end-to-end — from onboarding through strategy, reporting, and renewals.

This person will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating internal teams, ensuring deliverables meet expectations, and driving measurable results across campaigns.

Responsibilities
1. Onboarding

  • Lead client onboarding calls and establish workflows.
  • Ensure client can login and grants access to third party accounts
  • Present and align on image styles and brand direction.
  • Discuss profile optimization and positioning.
  • Clarify current goals and roadmap for deliverables.
  • Set up Slack channels for client communication.
  • Plan and agree on early experiments or A/B tests.

  • Ongoing Account Management

  • Act as the main relationship owner across 100+ clients

  • Handle ticket routing between teams (engineering, writing, design).
  • Ensure that client requests are correctly turned into tickets and resolved.
  • Ensure tickets are resolved by escalating and project managing outstanding tasks
  • Ensure smooth communication loops between clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services.
  • Excellent communication and project-management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing workflows, social platforms, or creative production.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, hybrid startup environment.
