What You'll Do

You'll own the full marketing function—from strategy to execution. You'll sit at the Director level, collaborate closely with Sales and drive marketing efforts that directly fuel revenue and brand reputation.

Your superpowers should include:

  • Creating and executing a bold, integrated marketing strategy that aligns with our EOS goals.
  • Leading and mentoring a growing team of marketers and creatives.
  • Driving demand through digital marketing, content, SEO, paid media, social, PR, and events.
  • Working cross-functionally with sales and ops to align messaging, campaigns, and customer journeys.
  • Tracking KPIs that matter—reporting progress through the EOS Scorecard.
  • Bringing fresh ideas to the table—and having the autonomy to act on them.

We're Looking for Someone Who

  • Has 7+ years in progressive marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Thrives in a B2B or service-based environment.
  • Is equally comfortable in the boardroom and the brainstorming session.
  • Knows how to build brand AND drive leads.
  • Has a firm grasp of marketing tech stacks, analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Knows (or is eager to learn) EOS and how it drives smarter growth.
  • Leads with integrity, creativity, and a strong desire to make things better.
