Job Summary

Intelligent Shop, a leading men's body care brand, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Seasonal Fulfillment Worker to support our busy holiday season. This role is essential in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately, packaged neatly, and shipped on time. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining high-quality standards, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to a collaborative team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick, label, package, and ship customer orders in accordance with company standards.
  • Identify and report any products that do not meet Intelligent Shop's quality standards.
  • Restock fulfillment stations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Process order returns and exchanges promptly as needed.
  • Participate in all required training sessions, including job-specific and peripheral duties (e.g., order fulfillment processes and basic customer service procedures).
  • Support team members and supervisors with other related tasks as assigned.
Skill Requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret customer orders. Strong attention to detail.
  • Dependable and reliable; must be able to keep great attendance.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Self-motivation is highly valued. Management is present and vocal, but employees are expected to be proactive.
  • A communicative, team-oriented spirit is necessary–not preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.
