Work Schedule: Part-Time (M/W/F)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to be the primary source of periodontal education and therapy in our practice. You will play a key role in diagnosing, treating, and educating patients while supporting the overall success of our dental team.

Responsibilities:

  • Align with and uphold the clinical philosophies of the practice
  • Implement and follow practice policies, procedures, and initiatives
  • Comply with all state and federal dental regulations
  • Serve as the lead educator on periodontal health
  • Diagnose oral health conditions using AI, intraoral photos, and radiographs
  • Provide treatment for oral health conditions
  • Educate patients on preventative care and oral hygiene
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
  • Achieve daily production goals

Qualifications:

  • Current RDH license
  • 1–2 years of experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or Dental Intelligence is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $45-50/hour
