Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman or Tradesman level Plumber to join our growing team. As a Residential Service & Repair Plumber, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems and fixtures in residential homes across the DFW area. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with owners and tenants, and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Due to our customer base, no upselling is required as part of the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to service calls and diagnose plumbing issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform a wide range of residential plumbing repairs, including but not limited to:
  • Drain cleaning and unclogging
  • Faucet and fixture repair and replacement
  • Water heater repair and installation (tank and tankless)
  • Toilet repair and replacement
  • Pipe repair and replacement
  • Sewer and water line repairs
  • Ensuring all work is performed in compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
  • Interacting professionally with clients (property managers and their tenants) and providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and timely.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies (if required).

Qualifications:

  • Valid Texas Journeyman or Tradesman Plumber License is REQUIRED.
  • Proven experience as a residential service plumber (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, codes, and best practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in various conditions (e.g., confined spaces, outdoors).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Reliable and punctual.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with specific plumbing software (e.g., Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan).
  • Gas line installation and repair experience.

Salary: $30-42 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime may be required
