Job Duties

  • Perform routine electrical maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting
  • Utilize draft transmitters, flow transmitters, load cell scales, thermocouple and RTD transmitters and various measuring and calibration meters
  • Troubleshoot variable speed drives and PLC systems
  • Utilize the Alcoa computer-based maintenance system for day-to-day activities
  • Work with high and low voltage
  • Follow all Alcoa safety standards
  • Perform other duties as directed by supervisor
  • Perform minor mechanical repairs
  • Assist emergency response team
