DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide the highest level of customer service while maximizing the client's athletic ability. 
  • In addition to an excellent knowledge of programming and professional instruction, Balance Gym trainers provide personalized attention and motivation for every client. 
  • Responsible for being up to date on fitness trends and popular classes/programs
  • Capable of recommending and implementing new and innovative techniques in training 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Balance Gym trainers must be energetic and have a passion for providing the best possible training experience to the client.
  • Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification
  • College degree preferred
  • CPR/AED certification
  • Previous personal training experience (Preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
