Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Food Runner, Busser, and Dishwasher In this energetic role, you will be the backbone of our restaurant's smooth operation, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience. Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver food from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining a clean and inviting dining area for guests.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting chefs and kitchen staff with basic cooking and plating.
- Support catering and banquet events by setting up, serving, and clearing food in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and dishwashing duties to uphold health standards.
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key
- Familiarity with bussing, food handling, and basic kitchen or culinary tasks is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning supplies.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
- Experience with banquet events or catering services is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is beneficial.
