We reward and recognize our employees based on our values of Aspire to Greatness, Respect All, Own It, Working Together, Persist with Passion.   Who We're Looking For: As a key member of the engineering team, the Electro-Mechanical Technician will work in a clean room environment, providing technical support, calibration, installation, repair and preventative maintenance for medical devices. This role works Mon-Thurs, 1st shift, 5am-3pm; Overtime on alternating Fridays.   About the role:

  • Provide support for equipment such as pneumatics, laser drills, label and inkjet printers, conveyors, corona surface treaters, induction tippers, balloon formers, vacuum formers, and other manufacturing equipment.  
  • Execute procedures for calibration, document their completion, and consistently complete all calibration verifications on schedule provided. 
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment, document their completion, and consistently complete all preventative maintenance on schedule provided. 
  • Assist Engineering in fixture qualifications for new/existing equipment as required, including collection of data, and supporting design of new equipment or equipment modifications.  
  • This is a hands-on line maintenance role, focused on supporting and maintaining production lines to ensure optimal performance.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Previous experience working with biomedical equipment preferred. 
  • Strong demonstrated "hands-on" ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems and equipment.
  • Ability to work with diverse cultures and language barriers in a minimal English-speaking environment. 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Troubleshooting of complex systems
  • Understanding manufacturing processes
  • Associate's degree in biomedical engineering Technology, Applied Sciences, or related field 
  • Ability to interpret technical data like electronic circuit diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
