Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Financial Controller role based in Plano, TX. The Financial Controller will oversee the financial health of the organization, including preparing financial statements, managing financial reporting processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires detailed analysis of financial data, providing key insights to support decision-making and growth, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Solid foundation in Finance and Accounting
  • Possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and trends
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Experience in specialty physician practice management
