**Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to our clients in various settings. This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated and experienced LPN to make a positive impact on people's lives. **Responsibilities** - Provide personalized care to clients, including administering medications, providing medication education, performing vital signs, collecting labs such as urine and blood, leading nursing groups, rounding every two hours. - Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. - Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care. - Participate in training and education programs to stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare standards and best practices. - Demonstrate a commitment to client-centered care and a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes. **Requirements** - Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of employment. - Experience working with adults in psychiatric / mental health settings. - On-call scheduling - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. - A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
