Growing Software company located in NYC is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst with an Investment Banking/Private Equity background. The Senior Analyst will:

  • Manage, refine and continuously improve a company-wide financial planning / forecasting process
  • Distill financial results and analyze actual vs. budget performance to prepare insightful dashboards / reports for Leadership team + board + investors
  • Look around corners and perform ad hoc scenario analysis for decision making
  • Collaborate with company and functional leaders to analyze complex business opportunities and provide a sound financial perspective
  • Work closely with CFO to grow coordination between the finance team & operating functions, and make financial planning a company-wide exercise
  • Support the Leadership team on key strategic topics (M&A due diligence, fundraising etc.)
  • Path to growing and managing a broader FP&A team through hiring of direct reports
  • Continue developing the finance function as a center of excellence in the organization

We're Looking for Someone with:

  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience in investment banking, strategy consulting and/or private equity
