Regional Manager

Position Summary:

This position will serve as the senior leader responsible for driving all sales, service, and distribution operations across Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky for Laundry One. This high-impact role will oversee multi-functional teams, including sales representatives, service manager and service team, installation supervisor and install team, and warehouse/office personnel. The goal is to deliver on aggressive growth while maintaining operational excellence and a best-in-class customer experience.

• Direct, mentor, and manage regional teams, including Operations Manager, Sales Reps, and warehouse staff.

• Recruit and develop a high-performing regional team.
• Customer & Partner Engagement
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners.
• Represent Laundry One at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements.
• Travel
• Expected regional travel of approximately 30%, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

This leader will be responsible for achieving top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability set for Laundry One, overseeing sales and service performance across Laundry One's key market segments: vended laundromats; on-premise laundry (OPL) for healthcare, hospitality, and correctional facilities.

Success in this role will require a strategic, hands-on leader with strong business acumen and a proven ability to build and scale teams, grow new sales territories, and penetrate vertical markets. The Regional Manager will champion a consultative sales approach, working with internal teams and external partners to deliver tailored service solutions that drive long-term customer value and loyalty.

As part of a 100% employee-owned company, this role demands an ownership mindset balancing short-term execution with long-term market development. The Regional Manager will also play a critical role in identifying new market opportunities, supporting sales strategy, and ensuring alignment with company-wide goals.

Regular regional travel (approximately 30%) is required, including overnight stays to support customer relationships, field operations, team development, and vendor engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership experience in sales, distribution, or service —preferably in commercial laundry or industrial equipment.
• Proven success in P&L-driven roles with cross-functional team oversight.
• Demonstrates ability to meet aggressive financial and market growth targets.
• Strong business acumen, analytical, and financial planning skills.
• Excellent communicator with leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Comfortable with ~30% travel and overnight stays.
• Aptitude for managing multiple projects at one time
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Must have a valid driver's license
