Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Analyze data using established statistical methods and deliver accurate, actionable, and timely results.
2. Maintain indicators and metrics.
3. Use established data sources and research alternative data sources when needed.
4. Review, validate, and clean data; resolve data inconsistencies.
5. Collaborate with data owners to update data.
6. Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
7. Understand. Create. Simplify.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
BS degree in Math, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related experience
Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access
Strong analytical, judgment, organizational, and project management skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability to learn and communicate technical/scientific information
Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a team environment
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Background check results satisfactory to SEL
Negative drug test result(s)

Preferred Qualifications
Experience applying statistical skills in a manufacturing, electronics design or business environment

Pay Range Data

We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Pay range for this position is $84,300-92,000 per year. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
