Your Role

As our Vendor Accounting and Compliance Specialist, you'll work closely with our Accounting and Procurement Teams to strengthen the financial backbone and operational efficiency of our company. You'll play a key role in leading day-to-day accounting functions, strengthening compliance, and supporting strategic initiatives that fuel our growth. This is a collaborative, high-impact position within a team that values trust, ownership, and excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Own AP/AR, general ledger, and monthly reporting
  • Ensure compliance across multiple states and markets
  • Manage payroll, sales tax, and treasury functions
  • Oversee purchasing, inventory, and fixed asset schedules
  • Support vendor relations and interdepartmental coordination
  • Lead process improvements and mentor team members
  • Help us scale into new markets like Vegas and Arizona
